Start to Finish

Our process in a nutshell-

  • After the initial inquiry, we start with an introductory phone consultation to discuss specifics, which include the wedding theme/location, colors, deliverables, functions, timeline and budget.
  • Based on the conversation, we will email you a quotation that will highlight the quantities, price per set, delivery date, and method of delivery.
  • Upon quotation approval, you will be required to sign and mail a copy of the contract that will be emailed to you, that states that the client agrees with the design and print quotation, time line, method of delivery.
  • Please mail a 50% advance payment check along with the contract. Details will be provided via email.
  • We will email you a questionnaire to fill in detail, that will contain information like the couple story, your color preferences, traditional or modern approach, concept etc. The more detailed the responses, the better we fare, in terms of design.
  • Sindoor Couture Designs will present three sketches to the client with concepts/ideas for your wedding stationery. At this point, SCD requires all final copy for the invitations. Client will select one concept to further develop on the computer (2 inserts and the main jacket design). After client approval, we will create all remaining inserts for the invite and other collateral.
  • A final review with copy and minor layout changes will be made. At this stage, a design rep will meet with client to explain and select paper options for printing. After paper choice has been made, the final files will be released to the printer for output.
  • The remaining 50% payment should be made at this stage, in order for the printer to courier the shipment to client.
